My cancellation policy is as follows: We ask that you provide 48 hour notice in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is 40% of total booked service. Rescheduling the same day or another day does not mean that the fee will not be charged, as we most likely will not be able to fill that appointment on such short notice. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment may be cancelled and you may be charged the cancellation fee, please arrive early. If you don’t show up, you will be charged 40% of total booked service and will no longer be permitted to rebook with my business. We cannot guarantee clients will be seen if arriving late. Any deposits that are paid will be forfeited. Please plan accordingly, policy is strictly enforced and applies to ALL clients current or new clients booking a service with my business. The cancellation policy is nonnegotiable, and please understand that by booking with me, you are fully agreeing to these terms of service.
